About F7
LS-F7 intelligent top-to-bottom cover box making machine is used to roll cover paper into pasted boxes.
This machine can be combined with gluing machine and positioning machine to make gift boxes, mobile phone boxes, perfume boxes, cosmetic boxes, toy boxes, etc. The maximum size of the box is 430*350*110mm, the minimum size is 430*350*110mm. 80 * 65 * 10 mm, it can make up to 20 boxes per minute.
When a new box arrives, you attach the box mold to the machine and enter the data into the LS-F7's touchscreen. Includes box length, width, height, cover paper width, top mold height, middle mold height, and folding blade thickness. Then press calculate, the machine will automatically return to the starting position and move to the set position. Load the box and check the settings to make sure everything is correct. Then the machine can start working. The entire process takes 8 minutes.
This machine can perform hemming, folding (folding length ≤100mm), folding, and air pressure at the same time. No need to replace the air plate, just insert the blade. The pneumatic structure is divided into two layers, and the entire machine takes only about 3 seconds to complete the box. This equipment is ideal for orders with small quantities and many fluctuations.
