In the case of stable performance, it can produce 40-45 boxes per minute. Its automatic setup feature greatly simplifies the customer's box-making process. The operator only needs to input the cover paper size and box size, and the machine setting will be done automatically by the computer and the servo motor control system.
The paper feeding system adopts Panasonic servo motor and cam paper feeding system, which ensures the high speed and precision of paper feeding. In the gluing part, we adopted a special anti-leakage glue system, which successfully avoided glue leakage. We know that daily cleaning is very important for glued parts, we optimize the cleaning time to less than 20 seconds.
LS-1246D includes corner gluing, paper gluing, box positioning, double box forming stations and air pressure to complete at the same time. This machine adopts visual positioning, which is convenient for positioning and high in positioning efficiency.
