Machine Description
LS-1246D is a fully automatic dual-forming rigid box making machine. This model is composed of four parts: Feeding part, automatic positioning, corner sticking part, and forming part. This machine can realize fully automatic rigid box production and can reach a speed of 40PCS/MIN.
This machine can be used to make a variety of rigid boxes, such as gift boxes, toy boxes, watch boxes, mobile phone boxes, perfume boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc. The maximum size of this machine can be: 400*600*120mm, and the minimum size can be 80*65*15mm. Rigid box production of various sizes can be realized.

Fully automatic: The machine can automatically complete the entire production process, from raw material feeding, forming, gluing, folding to final box molding, without manual intervention.
High precision: The machine uses sophisticated sensors and control systems to accurately control the size, angle and shape of the box, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of each box. The positioning accuracy of the robot manipulator is as high as ±0.1mm

The camera of the positioning machine has high pixels and can accurately clean and position tissue paper and cardboard.
