LS-1246B Automatic smart rigid box making machine is an ideal machine for customer who has changable orders. It including the box corner pasting, paper feeding&gluing, box feeding&positioning, box wraping and air pressing at one time.
Cardboard Feeding Mechanism: The cardboard is placed on the table and securely held in place by the vacuum nozzle, which efficiently separates the cardboard. It is then smoothly transferred to the center of the spindle using the roller belt, ready for the forming process. To load the paper, simply utilize the button on the left to effortlessly raise or lower the platen.
Corner Pasting Function: The tape is heated and applied using the copper head, ensuring a strong and secure bond. The main shaft mold presses the cardboard against the limit plate, allowing the copper head to neatly fold the box. Once the corner pasting is complete, the material is returned for the next stage.
Box Retrieval System: The corner-attached box embryo is carefully removed from the machine and gently placed onto the box embryo conveyor belt, ensuring a stable and controlled descent for further processing.
