1246D is designed based on our 16 years experience of rigid box machine manufacturing, compared to other models on the market, 1246D has higher speed and biggest size range up to 400*600*120mm. Under stable performance it can produce 40-45 boxes per min.It’s automatic setting feature greatly simplify box making for our customers. operator only need to input size of cover paper and size of box, machine set up will be automatically finished by computer and servo motor- controlled system.
In the paper feeding system, Panasonic servo motor and cam feeding system ensures the high speed and accurate feeding. in the gluing section, we apply special anti- leaking system to successfully avoid glue leaking. As we know daily cleaning is very important for the gluing part, we have optimized the cleaning time to less than 20 seconds.
Our CCD positioning system applies two high configuration German Basler cameras and Yamaha robotic arm, this system requires only 7 mins for setting. there is one unique feature of this section compared to other models on the market, our two fixed cameras do not need to be moved from small sizes to big sizes during machine setting.
LS-1246D includes corner gluing, paper gluing, box positioning, double box forming station and air pressure to complete simultaneously. This machine adopts visual positioning, which is convenient for positioning and high in positioning efficiency. The forming station is automatically fixed, which greatly reduces the time for fixing the whole machine.
