LS-F7 introduction

LS-F7 Smart World Cover Folder is used to pack cover paper into plastic boxes. After getting the new box, you can install the box mold to the machine and enter the data into the touch screen of the LS-F7. Including box length, width, height, cover paper width, upper mold height, middle mold height, folding page thickness. Then press the calculation, the machine will automatically return to the starting position and move to the set position. Put in the box and check the settings to make sure everything is correct. After that the machine can start working. The whole process takes 8 minutes.

This machine performs hemming, hemming (hemming length less than 100mm), folding and air pressure at one time. No need to replace the air pressure plate, just push the blade in. The pneumatic structure is divided into two layers, and the whole machine only takes about 3 seconds to complete the boxing.
