Machine Introduction:
900C is designed based on our 16 years’ experience of rigid box machine manufacturing, compared to other models on the market, 900C has higher speed and biggest size range up to 400*300*100mm. Under stable performance it can produce 50 boxes per min, which can position the top and bottom of the box at the same time. In addition, double hardcover boxes can be positioned at the same time, The machine has two main parts: double feeder and glue discharge system, box vision positioning station.It can be used as a box with high and low sides, as well as a book cover box, a book cover, a paper and a lining.
This machine is an automatic production equipment for high-speed and high-efficiency production of cardboard box, PU boxes and cartons. It is powered by electricity and can be controlled by PLC system with high precision and repeatability. It is also equipped with double molded sections, which is the main advantage of this machine.
