900C is designed based on our 16 years’ experience of rigid box machine manufacturing, compared to other models on the market, 900C has higher speed and biggest size range up to 400*300*100mm. Under stable performance it can produce 50 boxes per min, which can position the top and bottom of the box at the same time. In addition, double hardcover boxes can be positioned at the same time, The machine has two main parts: double feeder and glue discharge system, box vision positioning station.It can be used as a box with high and low sides, as well as a book cover box, a book cover, a paper and a lining.

1. Paper feeding part: double feeding platform, independent control
2. Feeding system: the feeder automatically circulates the material
3. Belt adjustment system: non-stop belt adjustment
4. Adhesive system: One-piece adhesive guide groove, easy to clean
5. Paper feeding part: Servo drives the cam to feed paper, effectively avoiding double feeding.
6. Computer control: servo control digital fast size adjustment
8. Cabinet positioning system: large size range positioning, wide application range, single mode operation.
9.Mechanical arm: high precision ±0.1mm
10.Dual cameras work independently, taking pictures quickly and clearly.
Step 1: Prepare 2 sheets of printing paper and 2 sheets of gray board
Step 2: Cut 2 sheets of printing paper and 2 sheets of gray boards into shape and coat with glue
Step 3: The gray board needs to be glued to the fold and then the four corners of the adhesive tape
Step 4: Stick the paper on the gray board
Step 5: Smooth the surface with a stick. It only takes five steps to complete a hardcover box. Noted the surface paper use 157 grams art paper, gray board use 800 grams or 1000 grams.
