LS-G4 - The LS-G4 automatic setting suction feeder grooving machine is specifically designed for large-sized, thin, or easily scratched paper. It prevents scratching, keeps the paper surface clean and intact, and completes machine setup in just 5 minutes after the paper size is entered.
The suction feeding system gently draws each sheet into the grooving unit, preventing surface scratching and misalignment. This makes the LS-G4 suitable for high-quality paper that cannot be handled by friction feeders.
Simply input the dimensions, and the machine setup is completed automatically. Grooving depth is also automatically adjustable - easy and convenient.
Belt and grooving blades automatically move to the exact position, making operation easy and job changeover fast.
The angle of each grooving blade can be adjusted individually, so grooves on different sections of the board can be customised for enhanced flexibility.
Waste is removed automatically to keep the machine and finished products clean with minimal manual intervention. Grooved pieces are neatly stacked on the collection table for easy pickup and the next production step.
